EXFOLIATING Body Scrub

Four simple ingredients – sugar, organic sweet almond oil, organic orange essential oil, and turmeric – provide this marvelous scrub with a citrusy scent and effective exfoliating and moisturizing power. Natural scrubs have long been used for exfoliation, removing dead cells from the top layer of skin thus allowing new, revitalized cells to thrive.

SUGAR is particularly effective for use in skin care since it is a natural humectant, drawing in moisture from the environment, to help keep skin hydrated.

SWEET ALMOND OIL, naturally derived from pressed almonds, is a soft and nourishing, easily-absorbed oil that does not clog pores and is perfect for all skin types.

ORANGE, with its sweet and stimulating aroma, provides a cheerfulness which aids in uplifting the spirit and calls the mind to joy.

TURMERIC, commonly used in Indian Ayurvedic as well as traditional Chinese medicine, has anti-inflammatory properties in addition to providing the scrub with its beautiful gold hue.

For best results, massage in circular motion onto dry skin then rinse with warm water. Use two to three times per week for normal skin, one to two times per week for sensitive skin. To prevent irritation, use no more than two to three times per week. Not recommended for face. Do not ingest.
